Experienced account managers understand your client needs intimately

Our account managers have a wealth of experience having worked themselves in either interpreting and or public sector administration, which has equipped them with the all important in-depth knowledge and business approach that makes your task that much easier.

From your very first translation booking, you will be automatically assigned an experienced account manager who will ideally have first- hand knowledge of your industry, brand or service and will act as your first port of call should you have any queries or wish to discuss your work further.

You may be interested in learning about how our value for money services can work with you on volume projects or how we can help you save on cost in the long-term by negotiating a special price agreement or signing up to our corporate loyalty scheme. All this and much more can be conveniently explained by your dedicated account manager who is there to attend to your every translation requirement.

Quality control and process improvements
An important part of our customer care policy is to continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of service we provide to all clients. Your account manager is responsible for reviewing accuracy, output and the overall content and professionalism of your work at all times, and will liaise with your translator(s) where necessary over any quality issues.

Thorough spot checks mean we are on the ball every time
From time to time or in response to client concerns, our account management team will carry our spot checks on translators for quality control purposes. We will do this by enlisting the help of a third party, highly experienced translator who will undertake a series of quality checks on your work. Any issues with accuracy, content or presentation will be followed up immediately by your own account manager who will work with the translator(s) responsible to achieve a satisfactory outcome

Your opinions matter We always value client opinion and welcome your feedback on any of our services at any time. Your account manager may also give you a quick courtesy call from time to time, when convenient, to discuss your account, update you on any new services, deal with any concerns, and look at how we can assist you further.
